Clear scope. Clear terms. Agreed before work begins.

For an ongoing partnership, we agree on the active workflow, included support, response times, and monthly terms. New workflows and work outside that scope need a separate agreement. Tool costs, responsibilities, timeline, and price are agreed in writing.

    Give useful context

Choose the inputs and instructions that fit the task.

  2. 02

    Build a repeatable workflow

What happens to our data and access?

We agree on access, retention, model, and privacy choices before implementation. We use the access the work requires and remove it when it is no longer needed. Please leave confidential, regulated, or customer-identifying information out of the initial inquiry.

Do you replace our existing tools?

We first look for ways to improve the workflow with tools you already own. We recommend a new product, integration, or custom build only when it earns its place.

Is this only for businesses new to AI?

No. We can help with a first guided workflow, a stronger review process, or a system your team has already built.

Can you work locally?

Sinkhole Labs is based in the Pacific Northwest and works remote-first. Local conversations may be available by location and schedule. We agree on any on-site work before it enters the scope.
