What We Collect

The workflow intake requires your name and work email. Company, support type, workflow category, a short description, timing, and how you heard about us are optional. The email draft can also include the selected offer, the site entry page for the current referral context, and a named source from a referral link. Opening another link with a named source starts a new referral context.

How It Is Used

We use that information to understand your request, prepare for a conversation, respond to you, and understand which offers and referral sources lead to inquiries. We do not sell intake information or use it for advertising profiles.

How It Travels

The form prepares an email draft addressed to justin@sinkholelabs.com in your email app. Nothing is sent to Sinkhole Labs until you review the draft and press Send in that app. Your email provider handles the draft and email under its own terms and privacy practices. If no email app opens, you can copy the draft and email us directly.

How Long It Is Kept

We keep inquiry information as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or document a working relationship, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion; some records may be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate business records.

Analytics And Cookies

This version of the site does not intentionally set advertising cookies or include a third-party analytics tracker. Browser session storage remembers a known site page and a named referral source. We use that referral context for up to 30 minutes. These values contain no form text or contact details. Referral context can be included in the email draft and reaches Sinkhole Labs only if you send the email. Full query strings and outside browsing history are not collected by this code. Hosting providers may still keep standard security and access logs.
